Description
A piece of leather sandwiched in two places at the base: this is where the dynamics and natural inclination of the Alys headboard come from. The Buratti brothers are re-using a material they are familiar with, having already used it in the Doyl chair when they investigated the problem of upholstery leather made more comfortable than traditional technology. For Alys, they have developed a comfortable and optimally shaped headboard protector, which is decorated with thin stripes around the perimeter, accentuated by a longitudinal seam. The bed frame can be set on two different levels thanks to a standard fixture made of two sets of legs (5 cm and 15 cm high). During the development, it was assumed that the bed surface should be located low, especially in order to create the effect of free floating in the air of a super-comfortable mattress.Specifications
