Personal data processing agreement

Under the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI, you confirm your consent to the processing of personal data by OK Group: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, transfer exclusively to sell software in your name, as described below, blocking, depersonalization, destruction.

OK Group guarantees the confidentiality of the information it receives. The processing of personal data is carried out to efficiently fulfill orders, contracts, and other obligations assumed by the OK Group as binding.

If it is necessary to provide your personal data to the copyright holder, distributor, or reseller of the software to register the software in your name, you consent to the transfer of your personal data. OK Group guarantees that the copyright holder, distributor, or reseller of the software protects personal data on terms similar to those outlined in the Privacy Policy.

This consent applies to your following personal data: last name, first name, and patronymic, e-mail address, postal address for delivery of orders, contact phone number, payment details.

Please note that the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data entails the deletion of your account from the website (http://new.ok-gallery.com/), as well as the destruction of records containing your data in processing systems personal data of the OK Group company, which may make it impossible to use the Internet services of the OK Group company.
