Description
The Nidus collection of upholstered furniture is born with a specific need: to create a series for formal situations with a touch of ease, for moments of socialization and conversation in a harmonious and relaxed atmosphere. Antonio Citterio has achieved this goal thanks to the particular attention to structural details such as the enveloping line of the curved sofas, available in two sizes. The solution, together with the absence of armrests and a high backrest, allows people to be involved in communication in such a new and lively way. The same open approach is reflected in the chairs, divided into three types, of which only one model is equipped with armrests; they were designed as elements to be randomly combined in space. All Nidus items, except for the possibility of adding a convenient removable headrest, have a characteristic feature - the legs are upholstered in the same fabric or leather as the seats, and a small metal piece is added at the base, which, in addition to the decorative function, provides protection against impacts.Specifications
